Remarks
1 previous owner. I purchased her July 2022. She was Thai registered and I re-registered her in Langkawi. 31/07/2022. Registration expires 31/01/2027. She has only sailed in Thailand & Malaysia, primarily with myself and my wife. I have not chartered her. Since purchase I have sailed her 6 - 12 weeks per year between Penang & Phuket. She is kept in a marina when not in use, cleaned inside and outside, hall scraped, engines started every month. Rigging & Hull survey July 2022. Two owners, 2017 - 2022, 2022 - present. Engines, generator, sail drives serviced November/December 2024, Antifouled November 2024 (including propspeed on propellors). Lagoon inspected the bulkheads whilst Vancouver was with the previous owner and found no problems. The pre-purchase survey I carried out checked bulkheads and found no problems. However Lagoon provided customised bulkhead reinforcement and dedicated parts kits which were installed by their agents in Phuket. There is a signed letter confirming this.
