NAUTICAT Mark II 33

This 1987 Nauticat 33 MK II, currently based in Rebak Marina, Langkawi, Malaysia, is a robust ketch-rigged motorsailer. Equipped with dual helm stations, the interior is complemented by in-board air conditioning, ensuring comfort in tropical climates. Powered by a reliable Volvo TMD 31 engine, this vessel is designed for both extended cruising and relaxed day sails. WIth a pilot house to shelter from the elements, there is also ample aft deck space and split level living accommodations for comfort. The Nauticat 33 is a renowned Scandinavian built cruising vessel. This particular Mk II example has the raised aft/poop deck and an extra external wheel helm with full engine and bow thruster controls. 

The Nauticat 33 is known for its solid construction, spacious layout, and excellent sailing performance, making it a perfect choice for those seeking adventure on the seas around Southeast Asia and beyond. She is a classic Ketch Rigged pilothouse from the rugged heavy Finland design of Siltala for the north sea environment. The large aft cabin makes this a very comfortable liveaboard.

Accommodation:
A homely and cosy pilot house with sliding roller doors on both sides, as well as a fully retractable pull back hatch, opening up the pilot house to the elements. Sun, breeze, starlight! And then close it when needed for safety and protection from rain. Step down into the galley saloon, and forward to the Vberth and port side head. Stepping down aft from the pilot house is a spacious port aft cabin and ensuite. Access to the engine is easy from the pull up floor hatch in the pilot house.
