Amazing Grace is brand new to the market.

The Island Packet 32 is specifically known for being well constructed, open and airy below, and above all, one of the largest 32' cruising sailboats on the market today. She has 6ft 2 inch head room! The Island Packet 32' offers all the comforts you could desire in a cruising boat, packed into a solid, great sailing, shorthanded yacht, and has always maintained one of the best resale values on brokerage market. The 32' is the perfect family cruiser with room to sleep 7 people in accommodations with the forward cabin and main salon settees and the "crews" quarterberth.

Starting in the forward stateroom, there is a comfortable v-berth for two with storage below the berth including pull out drawers. A large hanging locker is found to starboard. Fans and an air conditioning vent provide plenty of circulation.

The head to port, accessible from both the v-berth and the main cabin. The shower and stainless sink utilize a fresh water system with an air conditioning vent, port window and hatch.

The main salon has a single settee to starboard and an L-shaped settee that converts into a double berth port side. There is a bulkhead mounted table which folds out to seat 6. Plenty of storage beneath settees.

The galley is to starboard of the companionway entrance, with a 2-burner propane stove top, dish rack and top loading fridge/freezer allow for easy meal preparation when on shore power.

The navigation station is to port with a huge double berth behind. Storage abounds below the berth, as well as in the navigation station.

She has just had new exterior varnishing and has had recent professional advice on the engine, as well as checking of the systems, and refrigeration.
The owner has been advised that there are 2 options with the current engine. 1: A thorough overhaul ( the quote for parts and Labor was $5000 K USD) or 2: A new engine. The owner is not a full time live aboard, and has decided to sell the boat AS IS, pending the new owners taking on the work of the engine replacement or overhaul. And they are willing to negotiate accordingly.

Amazing Grace is a great opportunity to get one of these much sought after blue water pocket cruisers.
