DON’T MISS OUT! IMPECCABLE example of a Lagoon 440 Owners Edition. NEVER CHARTERED!

At this price, and at this standard, she will sell quickly!

This immaculately presented Lagoon 440, Owners Edition, is fully upgraded, competitively priced, and complete with an inventory that boasts of high maintenance levels, as well as luxury living.

Privately owned, El Gato has never been in charter, and is currently owned by her 3rd owners, who bought her in the Gold Coast, in 2015. Australian tax paid, El Gato would be ideal for an Australian buyer looking to extensively cruise the South East Asia cruising grounds, before eventually enjoying the voyage home.

Lagoon 440 Owners editions boast a full port hull dedicated to the living quarters of the owner, with large queen bed, sofa, desk, cupboards and large head and shower. The starboard hull has 2 double guest cabins and an ensuite.

El Gato's saloon offers an enviably desirable entertainment and relaxation area, full of natural light and a cinematic view of your current anchorage. The galley, spacious and well equipped, embraces the service of the cockpit area via the sliding aft windows. Sitting either in the cockpit, on the shaded fly bridge, or nestled in the forward seating area on the foredeck, there is plenty of choice for privacy and/or entertainment.

Her maintenance and service log book are proof of her impeccable upkeep.
Recently she has returned to Puteri Harbor after cruising the Anambas, after her recent services and upgrades in Penang and Pangkor. Her rigging is now 100% new, her air conditioning units serviced and fully functioning, her chain is re-galvanised, and the UV strip replaced to color match the new covers and boom bag made in Thailand in 2018. Her list of blue water extras include electric Harken winches, custom stainless steel fly-bridge, full covers, new cockpit cushions, solar panels, wind generator, 9.5kva Onan genset( serviced in August 2019), 2 fridges + 1 freezer, Open Ocean Watermaker, and Satellite Phone.

The owner is motivated to sell, and her current pricing reflects this, considering her inventory and upkeep.
