This well maintained Leopard 38 has recently arrived into Malaysia after crossing the Indian Ocean from her previous home base in the Maldives. 
She has only ever had one owner, who bought the boat in 2011.
Ingwe is 4 cabin layout, offering spacious double berths and two heads, one in each hull. Her saloon seats 8-10 people and her light open saloon space, and ease of access to the cockpit, make this a perfect melding of indoor and out door living space. The cockpit also has seating around the table for 8 - 10 people. 
The cockpit is designed for security on passage as well as ample room for recreation. 
A performance sailing catamaran with a generous sail plan, she can, according to current owners, sail nearly as well to wind as a monohull. 
Easy to sail single handed or with a crew, she is the perfect live aboard, capable of coastal as well as blue water extensive cruising. 
With inboard air conditioning, Lithium batteries, and an electric dingy lift, she is a practical easy boat to live on. 
She has just had new perspex replaced on the hullside portlights, and has just returned to the water after being professionally antifouled. 
A full survey was also completed whilst she was on the hardstand.
