Welcome to the Walk-Through Video of Our New Listing:

After her recent aesthetic revamp, Tiffany exudes style, comfort, and class. Her current owners poured in the love during this purposeful project to bring this lady right up to the standard she deserves. Inclusive of new Bimini, upholstery, varnishing, flooring, sacrificial strips, stainless steel sections, she has been freshly painted, decks, hull topsides and below water line. An impressive example of this already highly rated Moody 44-2 design.
A centre cockpit, Bill Dixon designed boat, she is a luxury cruising yacht that is strong, spacious and fast. An eminently seaworthy craft of exceptional performance and precise handling, she will provide fast sea passages in the greatest of comfort.

Launched in 1992, Tiffany can sleep 8 people comfortably in 4 cabins. The aft cabin has a centreline double island bed with access through the ensuite heads or through a port side cabin with 2 bunk beds. 8 people are easily accommodated in the Saloon, and the galley is light and spacious, with double sinks, gas cooker, and in-bench compartmentalised fridge and freezer unit. Walking forward, there is a second head and shower area port side and a neat compact twin bunk cabin to starboard. Perfect for extra guests. The double Vberth is light and perfectly designed for comfort and security. Perfect on passage. She boasts great headroom throughout.

On deck, forward of the infurling mast is a single purpose built relaxation/ lounge area, a fabulous place to watch the sunsets. The sacrificial strips on the furling head sail, as well as the main sail have been replaced, and the colors throughout the refurbished cockpit and saloon follow an aesthetically calming theme. Her inventory supports her presentation and all areas of the boat, including engine, plumbing, and electronics have been included in the project.

Tiffany is an enchanting boat, impeccably presented, and an amazingly spacious and comfortable live aboard blue water or coastal yacht. Her current geographical situation allows any new owner to literally immediately begin their live aboard dream, and begin exploring the alluring waters of Langkawi and West Thailand. We are really excited to have her, fresh, on our listings. For a viewing appointment, please contact Rachel on SYSlangkawi@gmail.com or WhatsApp or Phone me today on +60174814869.

Brokers comment: This boat has been refurbished as part of a team building family project, the intention being to work together as a team and to enjoy the project and vision whilst doing so. They have varnished and planned and seen things come to fruition together and she is truly a labor of much love, and the impressive outcome reflects this fully.
