This single owned blue water cruising boat has been exceptionally well maintained, and loved from afar, whilst her current owners are dealing with health related issues back in their home country. The Slocum 43, was designed by Stan Huntingford, and its his attention to detail that make this boat stand out. Beautiful and well thought out below decks, it is the sense of tradition, character, warmth, homeliness and safety that welcomes you from entrance.
With a U shaped Galley to port with a gimbaled stove, separate, 2 x top-loading freezer box, double-deep stainless steel sinks, numerous drawers, lockers and generous countertop space.
Stepping down into the saloon, the port side U shaped settee nestles behind the dining table, and easily seats 6. On the port side, the linear velvet settee seats 4. In the forward cabin there is a double berth, and a large bathroom space which includes a deep small bath area/ separate shower space.
The aft cabin on the port side has a large double berth, with beautiful teak woodwork, shelving, book shelves and closet space.
The headroom throughout the boat is a generous from 6'4".
