"Amaris" was commissioned by her present owner and has been superbly and professionally maintained by them, from new.
She boasts a full sail inventory where no sail is older than 2018. Inclusive of a brand new HOOD Main and Genoa in 2020.( And barely used since then) Her engine has been professionally serviced and maintained and she has a full set of new Lithium Batteries and solar panels.
Her Raymarine equipment has been all upgraded to the latest digital format, and she has a AirBreeze 2022 Wind Generator, an Eco Tech watermaker, and a 2020 Rigid bottom 260 Highfield Ultralight Dingy. There has been no expense spared to ensure she is kept in optimum condition for her live aboard cruising owners safety and lifestyle comforts.

Designed by Carl Schumacher, her solid fiberglass construction offers the displacement required to give the yacht an easy and forgiving motion, the design boasts an internally ballasted fin keel with a bolt on bulb and a semi balanced rudder which utilises the strength and tracking ability of a skeg with the added performance of a balanced blade. It's a perfect marriage of old school building with new school design. Hull and keel moulded as a single lamination, 18inch deep bilge sump. Encased keel, no keel bolts. 6,500lbs of lead in moulded keel shell followed by 3,500lbs in casing. Solid fibreglass shell throughout for a total of 10,000lbs.

Inside she offers comfort and style, and practicality, with light, space, head room, and functionality. She is warm and welcoming, and extremely liveable. Her two berths are both extremely generous, in particular the stateroom in the bow.

Amaris impressively outfitted with all the gear and equipment needed for extended blue water voyaging. And plenty of spares!
She has been well-cared for by her "only owners". She has been continuously upgraded and has all of the systems one would expect on a blue-water cruising vessel.

AMARIS is currently in Rebak Marine, Langkawi, Malaysia. Right in th centre of some of the most beautiful cruising grounds in the world. Truely the world is your oyster, when you have the opportunity to get to know your boat in idyllic tropical waters before heading off on your adventures. West across the Indian Ocean, North to Thailand, Across the Malacca Straights to the surf lands of West Sumatra, or south around Singapore and across to Borneo, the Philippines, or even the Pacific! Hmmmmm, what a choice!
